Poor foot mechanics and fallen arches can cause problems not only in your feet, but in your knees and low back. We make a semi flexible custom orthotics from a company called Footmax, and they can be very helpful in relieving your pain.
Massage is great for both injury treatment and general stress reduction. Our therapists are providers for most insurance plans. Some Saturday appointments are available.
